Phyllis Mitchell & Associates (PM&A)

For those researchers who may not be aware of us. Phyllis left a Field Managers position with a blue chip Marketing Research company to begin her own company in 1983.

At the beginning of 1983 she decided to set up a team of qualitative recruiters exclusive in both focus group recruiting and ad labs.

This has continued to this day and will continue.

In the year 1988 her youngest son Phillip joined her as an assistant / interviewer who’s speciality developed into ad tests manager and Co director and his passion and dedication to quality and getting the job done with tight deadlines, has been well noted by a leading Market Research company.

In 1992 Gordon Mitchell, her second eldest son joined the business and is now a director and has his own valued clients, providing the same quality control PM&A is well known for.

We have many people to thank for their support and helping us reach this milestone.
